Welcome to Safari Guider! Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before booking a safari tour with us. By booking a tour, you agree to abide by these terms.
Booking and Payment
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your place on the tour and will be applied toward the total tour cost.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the tour departure date. Failure to make the full payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the tour departure, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time are not eligible for a refund.
We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. Please ensure all payments are made promptly to avoid any disruptions to your booking process.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers as best as possible.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start date are non-refundable.
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour, you will have the option of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for a later date at no additional cost.
Itinerary Changes
Our goal is to offer you an unforgettable and authentic safari experience, but certain factors like weather, wildlife patterns, and safety considerations may require us to adjust the itinerary. We reserve the right to make such changes when necessary. Any significant alterations will be communicated to you, and we will strive to provide alternative activities or arrangements to ensure you still enjoy a fulfilling experience.
Travel Insurance
For your safety and peace of mind, all participants are required to carry valid travel insurance. This insurance should cover medical expenses, emergency evacuations, trip cancellations, and personal liability. Please secure this insurance before your departure, as we are not responsible for any costs or issues arising from a lack of adequate coverage.
Health and Safety
Our safari tours can be physically demanding, and it is important that you are in good health and physically able to participate. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please disclose them at the time of booking to help us ensure your safety. We may, at our discretion, deny participation if we believe a condition could pose a risk to your well-being or to others on the tour.
Assumption of Risk
Safaris are exhilarating but come with certain inherent risks, including proximity to wildlife and outdoor conditions. By joining our tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks, and agree to take responsibility for your own safety and actions. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure your safety, we cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during the safari.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the safari tour you have booked. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages that may arise from your participation, including any indirect losses or issues unrelated to our services. In case of any disputes, our maximum liability is restricted to the total cost of your safari.
Wildlife and Environmental Responsibility
We are deeply committed to sustainable and responsible tourism. Please respect the wildlife, natural habitats, and local communities you encounter. Any actions that endanger wildlife or violate environmental regulations will not be tolerated, and may result in removal from the tour without a refund. We appreciate your support in helping us preserve these beautiful ecosystems for future generations.
Use of Photographs and Media
To capture the essence of your safari experience, we may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use any images in which you appear, unless you explicitly inform us otherwise. We respect your privacy, and any request to exclude your likeness from our materials will be honored.
