Thank you for choosing Safari Guider for your safari adventure. We value your trust and aim to provide clear and fair refund terms.

Deposit Payments

All deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable. This secures your place on the safari and covers initial planning, reservations, and administrative costs.

Cancellations by the Client

• 24 Hours or More Before Safari Start Date:
  Eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Within 24 Hours of the Safari Start Date:
  Cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellations by the Company

In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, political instability, or safety concerns), you will have the following options:

• A full refund of all payments made.
• The option to reschedule your safari for a later date or select an alternative tour of equivalent value.
• In some cases, we may offer credit toward a future safari.

Note: We are not responsible for additional costs or losses, such as airfare, travel insurance, or other arrangements.

Changes to Itinerary by the Client

• 24 Hours or More Before Safari Start Date:
  We will accommodate date changes, subject to availability.
• Within 24 Hours of the Safari Start Date:
  Changes may incur additional charges or may be treated as a cancellation if adjustments cannot be accommodated.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving a valid request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, especially for international refunds.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the designated time and location for your safari will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. This includes late arrivals that miss the departure time or cancellations made on the day of the tour.
